Having quality bedding is an important upgrade for guys looking to maintain a modern look that isn't reminiscent of dorm life. "Don't be fooled by the highest thread count pitches," Morris adds. "Past 550 you don't feel much difference, and in fact it can be too stiff."
Essential fixtures like a high-quality mattress, sleek lighting, a rug, and bench can instantly create a livable, welcoming room for men. Also, creativity can come into play when selecting furniture and accents: muted colors throughout is unnecessary; don't be afraid to go for colorful fabrics and patterns. Dark colors on the wall can add an exclusive touch, while small accents, like throws, add subtle, warm detailing
