
To find a defining motif for 750-square-foot Hong Kong bakery called Dreams. The Bread, PlotCreative Interior Design founder
and design director Oscar Chan didn’t have to look far. He composed the
feature wall, 30 feet long by 4 feet high, with actual loaves lacquered
in pretty pastels derived from such bakery specialties as green-tea
pumpkin bread. In the windows, super-tall pedestals present
Western-style treats like the croissant and the Bundt cake.
